We are now looking for a Principal SoC Power Architect!
NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional Lead Power Architect to define and drive end-to-end power efficiency in leading SOC's. What you'll be doing:
Define System Level Power Architecture for complex SoCs and platforms.
Understand workloads, establish Power budgets and drive optimization roadmap through arch, HW, SW across battery powered and always-on systems.
Working with teams throughout the company (RTL, PD, Circuit, SI, Thermal, SW, Platform, Operations, Marketing, etc...) to deliver outstanding power solutions.
Lead multi-org initiatives to close power targets, guide design teams on low power techniques and trade offs and drive silicon debug, tuning and incorporating findings to future product generations.
What we need to see:
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of additional relevant work experience focused on computer architecture and power optimization through HW/SW.
Understanding of the many factors influencing power efficiency at chip, system, and product levels.
Experience with modeling and optimization of power and/or performance, as well as with power architecture and design
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
A drive to continuously learn and expand architectural breadth and depth.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
