Personally lead rapid innovation cycles, including ideation, prototyping, and proof‑of‑concept (POC) development using technology available within Micron.
Deliver POCs that are intentionally designed to be ready for scale‑up, including user experience considerations, value hypotheses, technical readiness, and clear handoff artifacts.
Anchor AI initiatives in Micron’s current technology stack while actively shaping future direction in partnership with IT, enterprise architecture, and security teams.

Partner with other functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Security) on cross‑enterprise AI programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to GP leadership on AI trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
Coach and enable GP team members and leaders on the practical use of AI, including when and how to apply agentic AI, and how to safely design, build, and iterate AI agents using approved enterprise platforms.
Serve as a hands‑on mentor for both individual contributors and leaders, helping raise overall AI fluency, confidence, and responsible adoption across Global Procurement.
Master’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Additional certifications or advanced education in AI, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation strongly preferred.
8–12+ years of experience spanning AI strategy, digital transformation, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, or related domains in complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience defining strategy and converting it into executable roadmaps with tangible business outcomes.
Strong hands‑on experience developing agentic AI or automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, or Moveworks.
Proven track record delivering rapid POCs that successfully transition into scaled, production solutions.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority.
