Perform Synopsys HAPs pre-silicon ASIC prototyping flow - expert implementation and debugging. Support Micron Solid State Drive (SSD) Enterprise ASIC development, bring up and validation with domain expertise on PCIe Gen5 & Gen6, LPDDR4/5, ARC HS/EM CPU. Perform pre and post silicon ASIC Validation flow automation - to reduce time for validating functionality before the handoff to firmware. Provide support for LPDDR4/5 interface bring up - working with Cadence Design Systems to develop application driver to work with ASIC for address/data levelling to get to maximum design speed as per specification. Work with Synopsys for ARC CPU bring up in ASIC along with US team and debug issues encountered.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an Engineering-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Synopsys HAPs prototyping platform;
2. Xilinx/Altera FPGAs;
3. System level debug;
4. Hardware and Software interaction;
5. Software development; and
6. Using Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer.
