We are looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to lead a mission-critical Robotics AI project focused on physical and cognitive task completion (sorting, assembling, matching, and hands-on activities). This isn’t a "sit back and delegate" role—we need a startup-pro who is obsessed with AI-first automation and can bridge the gap between complex physical workflows and digital intelligence.
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the Bangalore various hubs across India, from fleet management to scaling a high-performing team. You are someone who looks at a manual process and immediately thinks, "How do I automate this using n8n, Zapier, or Vapi?"
