Partner with Profit Managers, Sales teams, and internal business operations groups to understand pricing structure needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean workflow execution.
Evaluate complex requests by analyzing data, determining required system changes, breaking down large tasks, and implementing solutions.
Troubleshoot pricing‑related system issues, partnering with IT to identify defects and performing testing to validate fixes or enhancements.
Conduct configuration testing to ensure accurate system behavior following updates, changes, or new condition implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring processes and updates are clearly outlined and easy to follow.
Support onboarding of new vendors, set up new supplier programs, and perform mass data loads when required.
Prepare and analyze ad‑hoc reporting to support decision‑making and pricing optimization efforts.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and system efficiencies.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze issues thoroughly and determine the most effective path forward.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain system changes or issues clearly.
Proficiency with CIS (highly preferred for internal candidates).
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting/filtering, data validation, etc.).
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while building effective working relationships.
