This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Who We Are:

We help companies connect, protect, analyze, and act on their data and applications wherever they live, from edge to cloud, so they can turn insights into outcomes at the speed required to thrive in today’s complex world. Our culture thrives on finding new and better ways to accelerate what’s next. We know varied backgrounds are valued and succeed here. We have the flexibility to manage our work and personal needs. We make bold moves, together, and are a force for good. Job Description:

As a Graduate in our Channel Partner team, you will support the onboarding of new ISV applications onto HPE platforms such as Morpheus and Private Cloud AI (PCAI). This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of cloud-native technologies, virtualization, and AI infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gradually taking ownership of more complex application onboarding scenarios.

We are looking for someone recently graduated and in their early career who already has a solid technical foundation and — most importantly — a genuine drive to grow into a broad, full-stack infrastructure specialist. You will not be expected to know everything on day one; you will be expected to learn fast.

Locations : Warsaw, Poland

Start Date : 1. September 2026 until 31. August 2027

Mandatory Requirements: Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start date on, full-time availability, Polish & English on an advanced professional level

What we expect from you:

We are looking for a recent graduate who brings the following:

  • Working knowledge of Linux in a server/operations context (command line, basic system administration, troubleshooting).

  • Foundational understanding of containerization — you have built and run your own Docker (or Podman) images and understand the basic concepts behind them.

  • Foundational understanding of Kubernetes — you know what a Pod, Deployment, Service, and Namespace are, and you have at least deployed an application to a cluster (e.g. minikube, kind, or a managed cluster during studies / personal projects).

  • Practical knowledge of Git, including branching and working with remote repositories.

  • Basic networking literacy — HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs — at a level allowing you to read documentation and reason about how services communicate.

  • Basic SQL.

  • Strong learning mindset — ability to quickly pick up new IT technologies hands-on, read technical documentation independently, and translate it into working configurations.

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) — sufficient to work with technical documentation and communicate with international teams.

Nice to have:

Any of the below will give you a head start, but none of them are required:

  • Hands-on experience with Helm / Helm Charts.

  • Exposure to Kubernetes cluster components such as CSI, CNI, or Ingress Controllers.

  • Experience writing Kubernetes manifests (Deployment, StatefulSet, PVC, Service) based on container image documentation.

  • Familiarity with server virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM-based solutions) — even at the level of managing VMs in a home lab.

  • Awareness of Infrastructure as Code principles and Git-based infrastructure workflows.

  • Any exposure to on-premises LLM hosting or AI/ML infrastructure (model serving, GPU workloads, inference frameworks).

  • Experience working with Windows Server environments.

  • Any prior contact with enterprise IT infrastructure — servers, storage arrays, LAN/SAN networking.

What you will learn with us

This role is designed to grow you into a specialist capable of onboarding any modern application onto HPE's cloud and AI platforms. Over time, you will develop deep expertise in:

  • End-to-end application lifecycle management on Kubernetes, including advanced cluster configuration (CSI, CNI, Ingress).

  • Authoring and maintaining production-grade Helm Charts.

  • Designing and operating on-premises LLM hosting environments and AI infrastructure on PCAI.

  • Working across the full stack of enterprise infrastructure — compute, storage, and networking — in both virtualized and containerized environments.

  • Recognizing and adapting to the native environment of any application being migrated, and quickly learning unfamiliar technologies as the role demands.

What you can expect from us:

  • Initial extensive onboarding to support you with adjusting into the role

  • Ongoing learning and development throughout the duration of the program

  • Be mentored by at least one senior member of the team and into a true professional with valuable relationships and international working experience

  • Competitive salary and great benefits

  • Great work-life balance including hybrid working and Wellness Fridays initiative
