THE ROLE

The Premium Ticketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing premium ticketing operations, ensuring exceptional service for suite holders, premium seating clients and VIP guests. This position combines operational accuracy with outstanding customer care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ticketing for premium seating, suites and VIP areas.
  • Process ticket sales and manage accounts using Ticketmaster systems, including Archtics.
  • Assist with billing, database upkeep and premium account maintenance.
  • Support sales efforts for public suites and VIP areas.
  • Provide prompt, professional client support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide event-day support, including box office assistance and ticketing solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance premium ticket operations and guest experience.

Education and/or Experience        

  • Previous experience in ticketing, event or venue management, or similar experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing software. Ticketmaster systems, including Archtics preferred.

Skills and Abilities  

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On Site or Remote (Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall, Acrisure Amphitheater)
