Role Summary:
The Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of DCI & assembly testing work with simple documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools and perform test requirements. This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers.
Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders; perform testing when required.
Operate high-efficiency cleaning machines.
Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are maintained in top-notch condition.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the process independently.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a customer-service mindset to ensure on-time delivery and quality workmanship.
Promote team building and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends on short notice when required.
Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 10kg

SPM / or 0-2 years relevant experience. (Mechanical experience is a plus)
