This role ensures project standards - including governance, reporting, financial management, and delivery coordination - are consistently applied and aligned with AGL Technology’s Ways of Working. You’ll also enable portfolio-level reporting, providing visibility of project performance, risks, and delivery outcomes across the broader technology portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of project delivery professionals, including permanent and contingent staff.

  • Establish governance forums, reporting cadences, and decision-making processes to enable effective delivery.

  • Partner with Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and benefits realisation across projects.

  • Oversee resource planning and onboarding to ensure alignment with delivery timelines and capability needs.

  • Maintain compliance with AGL’s delivery frameworks, including project artefacts, registers, and audit readiness.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimisation, reporting automation, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coordinate portfolio-level reporting, ensuring visibility of project performance, risks, and delivery outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in program and project delivery within large, complex organisations.

  • Strong understanding of project governance, financial tracking, and delivery assurance.

  • Expertise in project delivery tools (Jira, PPM) and financial systems (SAP, Fiori, Ariba).

  • Ability to drive change and embed new processes and governance frameworks across diverse teams.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, or SAFe highly regarded).

We'd love to see your application by Friday 28th November 2025.
