PPF Analyst

Main tasks:

Operational responsibility

  • Support the team with regular reporting activities.
  • Prepare reports that support the PPF team to execute daily and weekly tasks, monitor KPIs and supports business reviews.
  • Execute order management related support activities of the PPF team.

Order Management

  • Manage customer sales orders, customer programs Stock Transfer Orders and safety stock replenishment according to the agreed NXP procedures.
  • In case of allocation, execute order management according to the rules defined by the Allocation Manager.
  • Intervene in case of tight supply and subsequent customer impact by defining priorities in alignment with allocation and demand management.
  • Plan and release manufacturing orders towards factories to start wafer production / assembly / test activities based on the demand signal.
  • Monitor and control the production processes and WIP balance.
  • Continuously monitor the supply situation and provide early warning towards manufacturing locations in order to "speed-up" their production. In case that is not possible anymore ensure timely reconfirmation of the customer orders and inform the relevant Customer Supply Chain Representative(s), Business Line and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor the customer order book to provide early warning towards manufacturing locations in case it significantly deviates from the Sales and Operations Plan to proactively prepare for the down/upside. Additionally inform Demand Management to prepare for the next planning cycle.

Supply Chain Modeling

  • Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using a worldwide ERP system.
  • Balance the Supply Chain Parameters in ERP for existing and new products (e.g. Flows, Lead times, Safety Stocks, Customer Order decoupling point) according to the directives of the Product Planning & Fulfillment Manager.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust the ERP supply chain parameters to follow and consider changing business situations including phasing-in/out. Ensure reliable master data across different systems and trigger support organization when actions are required.

Short Term Planning Support

  • Check Planning results and provide feedback to the Business Planning community.

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
