 This internship position is a fulltime role for a fixed duration of six months. While the role requires full-time commitment, the team offers reasonable schedule flexibility to support individual needs, in coordination with the people manager. The program is intended to provide focused, immersive industry experience aligned with Intel's professional work environment and expectations.

 

The Role and Impact as a Power-Performance and Over Clocking Industry Immersion Intern at Intel, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of technology and innovation. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects that align with Intel's business objectives.
  • Learn and apply technical knowledge and methodologies in Client Platform development and innovation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, project reviews, and technical discussions to enhance problem-solving skills and gain industry insights.
  • Engage in hands-on experience with tools and processes used by Intel's Power.
  • Performance and Over Clocking development teams.
  • Document results, lessons learned, and recommendations to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Explore emerging trends and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

 

  • Enrollment or graduate in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of product development practices and methodologies.
  • Python, C++, Batch programing skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, computer hardware architecture.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
