The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business for Haleon’s manufacturing plant in Argentina (San Fernando), supporting Plant Leadership, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and support functions in the execution of the People strategy.

The role is accountable for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and practices, driving business performance, talent development, and a strong employee experience aligned with Haleon’s culture and values within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to plant leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent, and leadership topics.
  • Translate business priorities into clear and actionable people plans.
  • Support transformation initiatives, organizational change, and continuous improvement efforts.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Lead and facilitate performance management processes, including continuous feedback and development planning.
  • Support succession planning and development of key talent within the plant.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver effective hiring for operational, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Support learning, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Design and drive initiatives related to engagement, culture, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Ensure effective deployment of global and regional employee experience initiatives at the plant level.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and co‑create action plans with leaders.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure effective execution of core HR processes, including headcount management, employee movements, rewards processes, absence management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate standards, and audit requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, Learning) and shared service teams.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

 

  •   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  •   Minimum 8 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles.
  •   Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  •   Experience working within multinational organizations and matrix structures.
  •   Advanced level of English – mandatory.
  • Availability to work in San Fernando, Buenos Aires ZOna Norte,
