Participates in electronic materials and device research on wide bandgap semiconductor materials and devices based on Silicon Carbide, emphasizing applications in future power devices and electronics; conducts electronic characterization experiments at the materials and device levels including electronic device characterization; carries out device design; obtains experience in project design and project management, including regular interactions with external partners and sponsors; coordinates team reviews and supports report activities; mentors graduate students; writes and publishes papers; presents findings at conferences.
