The Portfolio Spoke Coach for the Digital Platform portfolio's work includes:
Creating tools and leading training sessions to demonstrate how leaders at all levels, contractors and associates will apply Humana Ways of Working in their day-to-day work.
The job guides an organization and portfolio through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal way of working practices.
Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Humana processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity.
May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time enablement, mentoring or coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the enterprise.
Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision.
Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience or equivalent
2+ years leadership experience.
Active SAFe 6.0 SPC certification.
6+ months of experience in working as a leader in a Digital Platform portfolio or like enterprise enabler portfolio.

Work at Home Guidance
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
