As a Portfolio Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting credit risk management and portfolio performance for corporate clients. You will analyze credit risk, prepare detailed credit applications, monitor portfolio quality, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with Relationship Managers and senior credit officers.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform credit risk analysis and prepare credit applications for corporate clients.
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to credit facilities.
Conduct due diligence and regularly scheduled portfolio reviews.
Coordinate account information across internal teams and ensure compliance with policies.
Support structured credit transactions and assist in deal advocacy.
Prepare reports for adverse credits and assist with audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or portfolio management within financial institutions.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of Mexico’s economic conditions and key industries is a plus.
