About this opportunity
HGP (Housing Growth Partnership) is the Lloyds Banking Group and Homes England-backed equity investor focused on the UK Living sector. We invest capital alongside developers and housebuilders to enable the accelerated delivery of homes across the UK. We have a track record of, and commitment to, delivering tangible social impact through our investments.
As a result of our investments to date HGP has committed to the construction of 14,000+ new homes across the UK. The fund was voted social impact investor of the year (2025) by our industry peers. Our housing delivery forms and important part of LBG's Helping Britain Prosper plan commitments.
We're a successful team and we're looking for you to come and join us where you'll be responsible for leading HGP’s investment portfolio managed by HGP’s Birmingham office. Investments cover residential projects across the Midlands & Wales.
