We are seeking a Poly Israel Sales Specialist to drive business growth and market expansion in Israel. This role owns the go-to-market execution for Poly solutions, builds and manages a strong sales pipeline, and develops trusted relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and consultants. The ideal candidate combines strategic sales execution with deep consultative selling capabilities in the AV and Unified Communications (UCC) domain.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with the Israeli consultant community; increase awareness, understanding, and advocacy of Poly solutions.
Identify new business opportunities while expanding and accelerating existing ones to build and manage a healthy, forward-looking sales pipeline.
Work closely with account managers to develop pursuit plans, align on opportunities, and ensure disciplined pipeline management.
Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to align sales strategies, optimize product positioning, and drive market growth.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors’ offerings to effectively position HP and Poly solutions.
Establish trusted, consultative relationships with customers by developing a deep understanding of their business needs, industry challenges, and technology objectives.
Contribute to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Support account managers with technical and solution expertise, including participation in customer engagements up to C-level, particularly for complex solutions in smaller accounts.
Interface with internal teams and external industry experts to anticipate customer needs and enable tailored solution development.
Partner closely with Market Channel Sales on a day-to-day basis to drive execution and results.
5–7 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on AV and Unified Communications (UCC) solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing end-to-end customer engagements, from opportunity identification through deal closure.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including competitive differentiation.
Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer IT and business decisions.
Experience building and managing productive relationships with distributors, channel partners, and consultants.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex business and customer challenges.
