As the PMO Quality and Governance Coordinator (G-9), you’ll monitor quality and compliance standards, analyze and report performance trends, and strengthen processes through clear documentation, testing, and training. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently—someone who is accurate, can translate data into actionable insights, and can communicate findings to management. You must be confident using modern tools and have strong Microsoft platform skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with Visio, ADO, MS Copilot, and MS Power Platform is a plus. Job Responsibilities
- Monitor PMO processes, procedures, and outputs for compliance with quality and governance standards, escalating deviations or concerns as identified.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality and compliance performance.
- Support the design, refinement, and implementation of quality assurance protocols and governance frameworks through documentation and testing activities.
- Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and support corrective actions.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparation and follow-up activities.
- Provide back-up support to CPOC Coordinator, as needed, to ensure continuity of governance and compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities to apply automation or AI-assisted analysis to support monitoring and reporting, consistent with established governance standards.
- Collaborate with governance, PMO, or technology partners to help define AI use cases or requirements.
- Utilize AI-assisted analytics or monitoring tools, when established, to identify trends, anomalies, or exceptions in quality and compliance data.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment
Experience
- Experience in business analysis, project management, or quality control within EIT at BCBST is preferred. Experience in similar functions within a healthcare or IT environment is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Visio, and Excel (PivotTables and formulas). Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Copilot AI Agents, the Power Platform, and/or project management tools is a plus.
- Experience documenting and refining processes, as well as delivering training to support consistent adoption and continuous improvement is preferred.
Skills \ Certifications
- Strong written and verbal skills to summarize deficiencies, document processes, and engage with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to follow minimal instructions and work independently is required.
- High degree of accuracy in monitoring compliance and identifying work output discrepancies.
- Use root cause analysis to diagnose the issue and recommend potential solutions.
