2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Roadmap Management
Create and maintain detailed projects, program and portfolio of plans, including coordination of project managers
Maintain the 12‑month rolling roadmap, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and delivery data are always current.
Identify inconsistencies or anomalies (timeline clashes, missing milestones, sequencing issues) and flag them early.
Provide planning support for initiatives (critical path, task structuring, dependencies) based on roadmap and Jira data.
2.2 Jira Administration & Tooling Support
Own Jira/Azure DevOps configuration and maintenance: create and maintain boards, workflows, fields, dashboards, filters, and automation.
Act as the team’s Jira SME, supporting users, resolving queries, and ensuring consistent use of structures and statuses.
Build delivery dashboards and views that support progress reporting, capacity tracking, and PMO insights.
3. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
Hands‑on Jira administration skills (boards, workflows, dashboards, JQL, configurations). PowerBI knowledge would be a plus.
Experience of ITSM & work management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, …)
Strong planning and scheduling capability with experience maintaining roadmaps or delivery timelines.
High attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies or risks from delivery data.
Comfortable supporting teams on tooling and ways of working (e.g., kanban/scrum structures, task updates).
Analytical and data‑driven mindset: able to translate tooling data into simple insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to guide colleagues in using Jira effectively.

5. Role Dimensions
Works closely with PMO Manager, IT Business Partners, Delivery Leads, and teams using Jira.
Supports governance, reporting cycles, and roadmap reviews across the IT portfolio.
