    • Integrate AI technologies into transformation programs across business and technology functions.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance project delivery, business analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
    • Lead research, impact assessment, and planning for AI-driven initiatives within ongoing transformation programs.
    • Work with stakeholders to embed AI solutions into existing business processes and operating models.
    • Translate business requirements into AI-enabled use cases and implementation roadmaps.
    • Support adoption of AI assistant platforms across teams and ensure effective utilization.
    • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to AI assistant platforms, including:
      • Login and access issues
      • Navigation challenges
      • Document generation or output-related problems
    • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless AI tool integration with enterprise systems.
    • Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and data privacy considerations are addressed in AI-enabled initiatives.

     

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience as a Transformation PM with exposure to AI-driven initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of AI applications in business environments, including:
      • Data monetization platforms
      • Large Language Models (LLMs)
      • AI-powered automation and analytics tools
    • Experience integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise workflows and processes.
    • Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions and use cases.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Basic technical troubleshooting capability for AI platforms and user support scenarios.
    • Experience working in Agile transformation environments.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with enterprise AI assistant platforms.
    • Exposure to data strategy, digital transformation, or intelligent automation programs.
    • Understanding of AI governance, model risk, and responsible AI practices.
