We are seeking an exceptional Platform Power and Performance Manager to lead our cutting-edge systems engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end validation and integration of sophisticated hardware and full-stack software systems that power next-generation products. You'll translate complex business opportunities into compelling user experiences, define and validate system architectures, and guide the development of product specifications that meet demanding performance and power requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads a team of systems and solutions engineers responsible for the overall validation and integration of integrated end to end hardware and full stack software systems for various product segments.
Directs activities related to systems definition, translating the business opportunity into a user experience and use cases, and developing the product specifications for required hardware and software needed to deliver system requirements.
Directs, guides, and manages the activities of validating, integrating, and troubleshooting computer, information, and software systems, including software and hardware components.
Oversees continuous delivery of product features to customers using systems engineering and agile methodologies.
Collaborates with other teams to analyze next generation requirements and opportunities and may influence and guide research and academic collaboration in the space of systems and solutions.
Develops long-term strategies for systems and solutions research capabilities to support future requirements.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Identify bottlenecks across hardware, firmware, BIOS, and OS.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in platform or silicon validation, performance engineering, or related technical domains.
3+ years leading technical teams or projects.
Experience with server architecture and subsystems:
CPU core microarchitecture
Hands on experience with performance/power measurement, workload analysis, profiling tools, and debug methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Memory hierarchy and NUMA
PCIe/CXL/IO fabrics
Security technologies (TDX, SGX, etc.)
Virtualization (KVM/VMware/Hyper V)
Power management frameworks (P states, C states, ELC, telemetry, PMT)
Experience on Xeon or other server class CPUs (bring up, tuning, or validation).
Prior customer facing technical experience.
Familiarity with cloud provider workloads, AI frameworks, or containerized workloads.
Experience with large lab infrastructure planning and test automation frameworks.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $141,910.00-269,100.00 USD
