As Platform Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting Quilter’s platform proposition to financial advisers and customers. You will lead marketing planning, campaign execution, and digital engagement, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives.

Marketing planning and proposition ownership

  • Own and develop Quilter’s platform marketing proposition.
  • Position the proposition effectively to resonate with target audiences.
  • Integrate your marketing activities with the overall strategy led by the Head of Platform and Investment Marketing.

Campaign development and execution

  • Create and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and collateral.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on insights.

External event management

  • Coordinate with external agencies for adviser-facing, industry events aligned with marketing priorities.
  • With support from the Marketing Executives, manage logistics, branding, and supplier coordination for our trade stands.
  • Oversee speaker content and post-event communications.
  • Track performance and manage budgets effectively.

Digital presence and social media

  • Lead the creation of engaging website and social media content.
  • Work with digital and communications teams to influence adviser and customer behaviour.

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams including Distribution, Product, and Communications.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other Platform Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives.

Marketing estate management

  • Oversee the platform marketing estate, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain and update promotional assets, factsheets, and commentaries.

Commercial mindset and work prioritisation

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Platform and Investment Marketing to ensure all marketing activity aligns with the business plan.
  • Prioritise marketing initiatives based on their potential commercial impact.
  • Make informed decisions within allocated budgets to maximise value.
  • Evaluate and manage delivery timelines to ensure deadlines are realistic and consistently met.

About You

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in financial services marketing, ideally within platforms or investments.
  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and financial promotions.
