主要工作职责:

实现年度销售目标:

      确保完成部门设定的销售额年度目标,通过优化业务活动和客户管理,提高销售业绩。

推动各品牌动销活动:
组织和推动各品牌的动销活动,与品牌方密切协作,制定详细的活动计划,并确保活动的顺利执行,实现销售目标和市场覆盖率的提升。

承接并执行客户OTO活动:
负责承接客户的OTO(线上到线下)活动,协调内部资源和外部合作方,确保活动的高效实施并满足客户需求,提高客户参与度和活动效果。

协调大客户总部与分部的活动:
协调大客户总部与各分部之间的活动安排,确保活动内容和目标的一致性,及时传递信息并解决各类问题,提高整体活动的执行效率和效果。

监控和分析项目进展:
监控各类项目的进展情况,定期收集客户反馈,进行数据分析,识别潜在问题并提出改进建议,确保项目按计划推进并达到预期目标。

跨部门协作与资源整合:
与公司内部的各相关部门(如市场、销售、财务等)进行高效协作,整合资源,推动公司政策和策略的实施,提升整体运营效率。

报告和汇报:
编制并提交相关项目的报告,定期向新零售总监汇报项目进展、客户反馈及市场动态,确保高层管理人员及时了解项目情况并做出决策。

任职条件: (指该职位任职资格的基本要求)

文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):

  • 大学本科或以上学历

任职经验Working Experience:

  • 3年及以上医药行业药品销售工作经验

专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :

  • 熟练的数据分析能力

  • 娴熟的沟通能力

  • 主动学习能力

计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes等

赫力昂销售团队和/或职能的员工,负有根据公司安排推广和销售所属辖区或渠道内(营养健康,非处方药,口腔健康,以及公司未来拓宽和/或指定的产品品类条线)赫力昂(含劳动关系雇主及其关联公司)所有产品的义务与职责。
