Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled NET/C# Developer to design, develop, and integrate the new core platform services—including the Foundation Data Model, Unified Authentication, and Common Admin Console—specifically for the Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite. This role requires expertise in the Microsoft stack and enterprise identity systems to accelerate the HCM portfolio's migration and modernization.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and integrate backend services for the Foundation Data Model and CMT using C# and .Net Core;
  • Implement and configure the Single Authentication Entry Point for HCM products, focusing on enterprise identity standards like SAML, SSO, and integration with providers such as Okta;
  • Design and query relational databases using SQL for core entity data persistence;
  • Develop user interface components for the Common Administration Console using Angular;
  • Integrate and utilize messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and search/logging technologies (Elastic) to ensure reliable, observable, and scalable platform services;
  • Provide technical support and guidance to product teams within the HCM portfolio during their migration.

 

 

Essential Skills

  • Backend: C#, .Net Core;
  • Identity: OIDC, SAML, SSO, Okta (Must Haves);
  • Database: SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL);
  • Front-End: Angular;
  • Messaging/Search: RabbitMQ, Elastic
