So, what’s the role all about? 

The HRIS Specialist role is focused on supporting HR systems, employee data, and core HR processes as part of the HRIS function. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate HR data management, smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities, and effective collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. 
This is a temporary maternity leave cover position. 

How will you make an impact? 

  • HRIS Operations:Provide daytoday operational support for HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and proper user access. 
    • Employee Lifecycle Support: Support core HR processes including employee onboarding, changes, organizational updates, and offboarding activities. 
    • Data & Position Management: Maintain and manage employee data, organizational structures, and position management within HR systems. 
    • User Access & Permissions: Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights across HR systems in accordance with internal policies and security requirements. 
    • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to support ongoing HR operations and resolve systemrelated issues. 
    • Reporting & Testing Support: Assist with data validation, basic reporting, and support system testing activities as needed. 

Have you got what it takes? 

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, or similar role.
    • Handson experience with HRIS systems; familiarity withSuccessFactors and Oracle is an advantage. 
    • Good understanding of HR processes and position management. 
    • Strong English skills, both written and spoken. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
