What You'll Be Doing
- Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to identify issues and maintain equipment performance.
- Install, align, and adjust mechanical components to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills to support plant operations.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
