How you’ll make an impact

  • Leading the development and execution of Sales and Operations Planning processes to align production with customer demand forecasts.
  • Collaborating with other regions to synchronize the end-to-end value chain for enhanced efficiency.
  • Managing resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Implementing robust inventory management practices across all inventory categories.
  • Coaching teams in best practice for planning processes.
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders while minimizing inventory levels.
  • Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to align with project management and procurement.
  • Responsible for Customer OTD target.
  • Responsible to lead logistic team and should be aware of logistic challenges and absolute solutions.
  • Data analysis: Prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast statistics) using available tools and collecting relevant information.

  • Lead order management team and ensure effective S&OE i.e sales and order execution process.

Your background

  • Bachelors in engineering with 8-10 years of experience
  • Experience in planning and fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations management. Experience in Switchgears industry is added advantage.
  • Excellent communications skills. Good hold on English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skill with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be familiar with SAP environment.
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
