As Planning & Forecasting Team Lead for US A&P and Cash Flow, you will

oversee US A&P and Cash Flow processes. In this role, you will partner with the Commercial Finance team and Finance Director to lead annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and performance analysis. You will also coordinate with the North America team to ensure accurate and timely regional consolidation.

This role sits within the Haleon Business Services (HBS) team. You’ll be joining a growing team that plays a critical role in helping Haleon become more agile and performance-focused, by simplifying our processes, leading digital enablement across the business and building capabilities for the future

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the US A&P and Cash Flow Annual Plan and monthly/quarterly forecast processes.
  • Collaborate with budget holders and finance leaders to develop accurate forecasts and long-term plans.
  • Build and maintain financial models; track changes and present bridges between exercises.
  • Consolidate Cash Flow for North America and provide commentary on key movements.
  • Analyze assumptions, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports for executive leadership to support decision-making.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose reporting and streamline processes to focus on value-added activities.
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and participate in the NA P&F leadership team.
  • Foster collaboration and a “One Finance Team” culture across geographies.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling, and analysis preferably gathered in a corporate environment in a multinational company.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel expertise
  • High proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and preferably BISON.

This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The role is designed to support critical planning and forecasting activities during this period.
