Job Description Summary :
Responsible to assist Engineering in report generation, Shopping Cart and SAP
Job Description :
Assist the dept. Engineering in administering administration such as: absenteeism, overtime, leave, and others
Coordinate with relevant sections in completing their tasks
Create a shopping cart
Manage Filing documents
Perform tasks in accordance with SOP and WI
Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy (SMK3).
Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
Maintain and maintain all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness in the work area.
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Have a minimum 2 years experience as a Planner and Mechanical
Having experiences in SAP PM, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and RCM (Reliability Center Maintenance)
Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
Willing to placed in Medan, Sumatera Utara
