In our planner department, you will be challenged with scheduling large scale projects through all phases from concept to installation and commissioning.

You will get the opportunity to work alongside many disciplines, people and products, and your role will be crucial in keeping track of progress in projects from startup to delivery. 
You will contribute to all the processes in the projects from design to completion, working in a project team from project launch until its delivery. You will be sharing ideas and working with expert colleagues towards a common goal.  
As a planner, you work in a multidiscipline project team responsible for delivering successful projects of high quality, on time, and within budget to customers worldwide. You are also responsible for risk evaluations and scheduling changes in all parts of the projects accordingly.   

You will become an expert in these fields of labor: 

  • Establish multi-level plans for projects according to our Operating Processes
  • Monitor and control - progress, productivity, actual expenditure, forecasting, consequence evaluation of changes and risk analysis
  • Update and maintain project plans 
  • Report status and developments to client, project management and cost control
  • Maintain/participate in budget estimation and manpower planning
  • Participate in further development of working processes, methods and tools for project planning and controlling 

Further, it will be advantageous if you have knowledge in these technologies:

  • Safran Project Project or other planning tool
  • MS Office
  • MS Project
  • Excel
  • Power BI  

We encourage you to have the following personal attributes:  

  • MSc or BSc degree
  • Some experience with planning in the oil and gas industry
  • Other relevant background will also be considered
  • Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Innovative, organized and able to work independently
  • Highly motivated and customer focused
