We’re hiring for skilled and safety-conscious Pile Driver Operator to support solar farm construction projects across the country. In this role, you’ll operate heavy machinery to drive foundational piles with precision, helping ensure the structural integrity of solar arrays.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
Operate pile drivers mounted on skids, barges, crawler treads, or locomotive cranes to drive pilings for retaining walls, bulkheads, and foundations of structures
Keeping a safe and clean work environment
Other labor-related responsibilities
Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions
TOOLS FOR THE JOB
Experience with small impact drivers, typically used on PV solar plants (Vermeer PD-10)
The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screening
Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds
Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
Composite or steel toe work boots
WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT
Knowledge of Trimble or Topcon GPS
An interest in a career in renewable energy
Light equipment experience like forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, and loaders

Pay Range: $22.00- $28.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
