Position Highlights:

  • Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine
  • Location: Swedish Hospital 5145 N. California Ave. Chicago, IL 60625
  • Shifts: Full Time
    • Day Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Provide care to approximately16 patients
  • Admit medical patients and consult on surgical patients
  • Work closely with internal medicine residents and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR
  • Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Salary range: [$244,465- $383,530]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Endeavor Health is currently seeking exceptional Internal Medicine physicians for Hospitalists opportunities in our Division of Hospital Medicine for patient care at Swedish Hospital.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Level

  • Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

Minimum Licensure Requirements

  • Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

Minimum Certification Requirements

  • Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
