🏥 What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist
As a key member of our home health team, you will:
- Champion Elara Caring’s mission and philosophy of patient-centered care
- Provide direct patient care and evaluate functional needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust customized plans of care
- Work closely with interdisciplinary team members
- Document evaluations, goals, and treatment plans accurately
- Offer direction and leadership to supporting team members
- Serve as a resource and advocate for physical therapy within the community
- Work in a dynamic, physically-demanding environment
- Support patients across your assigned service area
✅ What You’ll Need
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to travel 50% within your coverage area
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to bend, lift (50–100 lbs.), and assist with patient transfers
