Position Summary

Physical Security Program Manager is tasked with the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of physical security operations. This position involves the integration of guard force procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), key control, and radio communications to ensure that both sites adhere to internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements while remaining within budget and time limits.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

The individual will Implement physical security measures for the two facilities.

Taylor Facility:

  • Assist with the creation and evaluation of guard force procedures, SOPs, and operations standardization.

  • Evaluate and adjust operations to meet the environment.

  • Complete security-related projects on time and within budget, and work collaboratively with other Security Assurance professionals to ensure successful operations and a positive customer experience.

Austin Facility:

  • Assist with oversight of ongoing operations, evaluation of current processes, and oversee drills intended to evaluate performance.

  • Maintain operations of secondary locations as directed.

  • Assist with key control programs as well as provide oversight of radio systems in Austin and Taylor.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • Eight years of previous experience overseeing operations for a contracted service provider, ideally a security guard force.

  • Eight(8) years of experience/understanding of physical security-related best practices and procedures.

  • Professional Certifications: Certified Protection Professional or similar ASIS Verification preferred.

  • Previous law enforcement credential (Certified Peace Officer) preferred.

The current base salary range for this role is between $69,070 - $129,073. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
