Team Introduction

PEX (Process Excellence) team focuses on improving operational efficiency and business performance through process optimization, automation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and regular update of Power BI reports to meet data analysis and visualization needs
• Assist with the translation and preparation of PEX training materials to support the rollout of process improvement initiatives
• Support daily PEX activities, including coordination and execution of process optimization projects
• Provide support for process automation tools based on business needs

Requirements

• IT or related technical background, with interest in process improvement
• Proficient in Power BI, with basic data modeling and report design skills
• Familiar with or interested in using process automation / RPA tools
• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
• Good spoken and listening English skills
