KWM’s Perth office is on the lookout for a corporate Receptionist with a flair for creating excellent guest experiences.

Role Detail

Join our dynamic Business Services team at KWM's Perth office, located in the QV1 building. As a key member of our professional Business Services function, you'll be the friendly face that represents us on the client floor. If you're a polished and welcoming individual with a passion for outstanding customer service, this role might be your perfect fit.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff
  • Manage meeting room bookings, confirming catering and room requirements daily
  • Answer calls, take messages, and ensure timely delivery to recipients
  • Sending, tracking, and processing of all courier shipments and mail
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation in the reception area
  • Collaborate with wait staff to keep conference rooms tidy and ready
  • Work closely with Hospitality, Audio Visual, and Business Services teams to meet client needs
  • Set the standard for exceptional client service at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

This role is offered on part time permanent basis working Monday to Friday, covering the morning shift, 8:00am – 2:00pm. Some flexibility may be required on occasion.

About You

If you’re a polished and welcoming corporate receptionist skilled at creating exceptional client experiences, this could be your role! We’d love to see:

  • Sound knowledge of reception and front of house operations - previous reception experience in a professional services environment an advantage
  • Impeccable grooming with the ability to maintain a corporate uniform
  • An impressive phone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work without close supervision with strong use of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientated with an ability to develop sound client relationships
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team focused, supporting all facets of the team to achieve a common goal
  • Pro-active approach, with a willingness to learn
  • Results oriented
  • Confident and reliable, being flexible in approach whilst able to remain calm under pressure
  • Quick learner with a digital mindset
