PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to provide dedicated and professional driving services to the CEO, ensuring their safety, comfort, and punctuality during daily commutes and other travel requirements. This role is crucial in supporting the CEO's ability to fulfil their duties effectively by minimizing travel-related stress and maximizing time efficiency.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for chauffeuring CEO and visiting to various destinations as required.
• Flexible working hours within stipulated time period, and over-time for additional hours.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and performing routine maintenance checks.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient travel time.
• Assist the CEO with loading and unloading personal items and luggage as required.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all information and activities related to the CEO.
• Support the company in delivering and collecting items for business partners or for the company.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO and CEO’s EA.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Possesses valid Class 3 driving license
• Clean traffic records and good driving skills
• 3 years’ of driving experience as personal chauffeur

• Proficient driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Attention to details for vehicle maintenance, route planning, and adhering to schedules.
