Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention is part of COO and is a first line of defence organization and supports the standardization of related processes, enhanced controls, shared tooling, and the optimization of operations across all business lines, helping us to achieve a more robust Financial Crime Prevention & Fraud environment that will strongly contribute to ING’s overall response towards more stringent regulatory requirements in this area and beyond.
Within Global FCFP, we are organized around services: Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, Client Tax Services and Fraud Services. Next to the services, there are supporting functions (horizontals) that are critical in enabling the business and maintaining oversight and control.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and proactive Personal Assistant for our Global Head of Delivery, Data & AI Transformation, who will make an impact by keeping the organization running smoothly and ensuring the global head and its MT can focus on their core responsibilities.
Roles & responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant you will deliver high-quality executive and team support. You collaborate closely with other assistants and the Business Manager, acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You anticipate needs, safeguard priorities and follow through on actions to completion.
You coordinate complex calendars, assess priority, sensitivity and objectives for each request. Plan, reschedule and optimize meetings across time zones; monitor reminders and proactively follow up on actions.
You will arrange business travel, itineraries and manage visas. Organizing internal/external events, off-sites and assisting with management activities and special projects. Supporting administrative processes such as expense claims, catering and onboarding.
Operate a range of administrative systems, for example Workday, Ibuy and E-profit in accordance with existing compliance rules.
Act as first point of contact for the department; handle queries professionally and confidentially.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners; represent ING with integrity.
Provide backup coverage for other department assistants to ensure continuous service for leadership.

Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, is crucial for the effectiveness of a PA.
You have work experience in an international setting, sensitivity for cultural differences, and know how to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
MBO+ or relevant work experience
Proficient in English and Dutch
Affinity with IT related systems and issues – experience with workday is a strong plus
You have a customer focus, are able to handle stress and are a great planner
