Personal Assistant

[What you will be working on]

  • Provide secretarial and executive support to senior management members

  • Calendar management and coordinate meeting logistics

  • Handle correspondences and information that may be confidential or sensitive in nature

  • Draft replies and documents

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative and logistical support for events and stakeholder engagements

  • Assist in project management

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimally 10 years of secretarial and/or office administration experience

  • Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration skills

  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and organisational skills

  • High level of discretion
