Job Description & Summary

Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Personal Assistant (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Proactively manage calendars (planning, meetings and business trips);

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements (searching and booking flights & hotels, visa application & coordination, trip schedule, liaison with Travel for complex issues);

  • Manage phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail;

  • Ensure that our administrative procedures are enforced and perform a quality control on documents;

  • Draw up documents and presentations through various MS Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Gsuite;

  • Manage contract creation/update.

  • Update and ensure assignment data quality

  • Ensure the engagement cycle (AML, RM tasks)

  • Initiate the contract management process by assisting with ELs/contracts from standard template

  • Provide support on the billing process & administrative support on proposals and presentations

 

Let’s talk about you. If you...

  • Hold a Bachelor degree (or "BTS”) as a Management Assistant;

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function;

  • Have excellent skills in MS Office-Windows, as well as in Gsuite;

  • Are known for your great writing skills and your synthetic mind, and you are able to multitask;

  • Are fluent in French or in English. German is considered as an asset;

  • Are appreciated for your sense of service and your team spirit, even if you are able to work autonomously.
