Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will have both the responsibility and the freedom to influence high‑impact digital strategies while collaborating with a dynamic, award‑winning team.

You will work closely with the Team Leader and partner with the broader dentsu Greece teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and optimize campaigns across digital biddable platforms.

• Set, monitor, and optimize monthly/annual goals and KPIs in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Propose experiments, features, and optimizations that drive performance.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships together with the Performance Team Leader.

• Ensure best practices, innovation, and operational excellence across all digital activities.

• Create and interpret performance reports via automated dashboards (e.g., Datastudio, Power BI).

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of agency‑side experience managing complex performance marketing campaigns.

• Proven track record in e‑commerce or conversion‑oriented campaigns.

• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads.

• Familiarity with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, DV360, Adform, etc.) is a strong plus.

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate studies are a plus.

• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (including advanced features) and Google Tag Manager.

• SEO experience is considered a significant advantage.

• Strong presentation and client‑facing skills.

• Excellent command of MS Excel and comfort working with data and performance metrics.

• Fluency in English.

• A collaborative, proactive team player with high attention to detail.
