THE OPPORTUNITY
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional, timely technical and service support to our operational staff. As a Performance Coach, you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to empower staff, ensuring they receive the guidance they need and feel confident and supported in their roles.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week, once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify skills gaps and design capability development strategies to uplift individual and team performance
Deliver personalised 1:1 coaching to both new and current employees, supporting best practice in injury management and return-to-work outcomes
Provide timely and effective guidance and advice on technical processes and service excellence to support day-to-day performance
Partner with leaders to assess the impact of coaching initiatives and track ongoing capability progression
Act as a subject matter expert learning and development, contributing to the design and delivery of high-impact initiatives
ABOUT YOU
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees across the business
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry partners
Previous experience with coaching and developing other team members, allowing them to reach their full potential
Solid background in the workers compensation industry with a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation and frameworks, supported with an understanding of claims management and return-to-work
