Job Description:

  • The PQ Visualization Assessor plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and visual accuracy of product designs throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • By creating photo-realistic visualizations, they provide essential context for PQ (Perceived Quality) vehicle assessments.
  • Their work supports various deliverables related to Milestone KPI’s and issue deep dives, approvals, and cross functional alignment.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Photo-Realistic Visualization Images assembled in VRED using A-Class and Technical data
  • Add elements such as color, texture, and animations to the 3D model
  • Provide live 3D data from A-Surface and /or Team Center data for PQ Assessor's weekly program team review
  • Perform preliminary PQ Assessments through initial visual assessments to identify potential issues and collaborate with PQ Assessors to refine evaluations
  • Collaborate with PQ Assessors to provide a top issue list for virtual review
  • Support Perceived Quality KPIs and deliverables, 3 Party Reviews, Gap/Flush Convergence, RTT Alignment, and TKO Approval and special requests/deep dives to address specific concerns

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry within a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Vred/Maya or similar visualization software
  • Previous Exterior or Interior Engineering experience.
  • Previous Design Office experience
