These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.

Those in rewards and benefits at PwC will specialise in providing comprehensive consulting services related to total rewards, compensation programmes, and employee benefits. You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Namibian citizenship is mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or current enrolment toward a recognised qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or related field. 

  • HR Technology and HR Analytics certifications will be considered a strong advantage;

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR consulting, organisational development, or a related advisory environment;

  • Demonstrated exposure to client‑facing projects, HR analytics, organisational design, or similar professional project environments;

  • Strong writing capability, including the ability to produce high‑quality reports, proposals, and presentations;

  • A driver's license will be an added advantage.  

Technical & Competency Requirements: 

  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations;

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation abilities;

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or collaboration tools will be an added advantage;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively within fast‑paced project environments. 

  • High levels of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal maturity;

  • A proactive, self‑driven mindset, strong sense of accountability, and willingness to learn and grow. 

Duties:

  • Provide consulting on job evaluation and grading, job profiling, performance management, HR policy development, and organisational structure design;

  • Support key aspects of consulting projects, including job evaluation & grading, job analysis/ profiling, and job description review/ development initiatives;

  • Prepare and deliver researched and well-written deliverables, such as reports, job descriptions, HR policies, and client presentations;

  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and monitoring to guarantee timely and successful completion of all workstreams;

  • Work jointly with the line manager to facilitate meetings and presentations with clients;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally while upholding the highest professional standards;

  • Contribute to business development activities including proposals, scoping, and thought leadership;

  • Provide project management support to the team;

  • Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from Partner and Manager.
