Brown & Brown is seeking a Leadership Coach to join our growing team!
The objective is to develop the leadership skills and abilities of leaders already in significant roles with large areas of responsibilities to intentionally navigate challenges of leadership.
The Leadership Coach will have a cohort of six leaders from the Arrowhead Intermediaries division of Brown & Brown, and will interact with a combination of phone calls, video calls, in-person meetings individually and as a group, as determined best by the Leadership Coach and cohort team.
Flexible frequency depending on each teammate’s immediate and long-term needs and goals.
Through structured mentoring, coaching, and strategic guidance, the Leadership Coach strengthens enterprise leadership capability, accelerates leader growth, and supports sustainable organizational performance aligned with business objectives and values.
How You Will Contribute:
Enhance leadership effectiveness for leaders in high-impact, high-accountability roles
Support leaders in navigating complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change
Strengthen strategic thinking, influence, and enterprise-level decision-making
Build leadership capacity aligned with organizational goals, culture, and risk posture
Provide one-on-one and small-group mentoring to senior leaders and executives
Facilitate intentional development of leadership competencies including self-awareness, executive presence, judgment, resilience, and influence
Support leaders in addressing real-time leadership challenges, complex people issues, and organizational dynamics
Guide leaders in transitioning from functional or operational leadership to enterprise-level thinking
Partner with leaders to enhance strategic planning, execution, and decision-making within the insurance industry context
Offer perspective on balancing short-term operational demands with long-term strategic priorities
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
HS diploma or bachelor’s degree + 20 years of experience in the programs space
Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or developing senior leaders/executives
Strong understanding of organizational leadership, change management, and executive development
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn internal systems
Pay Range
$135,000.00 - $135,000.00 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
