From supporting employee lifecycle changes to improving internal workflows, you’ll get hands-on experience in how a global company keeps its people operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Supporting employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding across different countries.</point>
• <point>Assisting with document preparation and maintaining accurate employee records in our systems.</point>
• <point>Reviewing and improving internal process guides and documentation.</point>
• <point>Collaborating with People Partners, Payroll, and People Technology to ensure smooth operations.</point>
• <point>Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives.</point>
• <point>Responding to internal queries and supporting a high-quality employee experience at scale.</point>
