The Recruiting (REC) Strategic Operations Partner is the strategic partner to the Global Practice Lead Recruiting and our REC Leadership Team (ET) and acts as a strategic partner and right hand to the REC Practice lead. This role is a multiplier of our Recruiting strategy and essential for driving the efficiency and scalability of our 250+ person global recruiting organization, translating leadership vision into actionable programs and ensuring the organization’s operating rhythm is documented, measured, and optimized.
You will be the connector, converting high-level strategic directives into clear, executable programs that drive clarity and alignment across our global organization.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the annual strategic planning cycle, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and board/executive preparation for the Global Practice Lead.
Partner with Finance to manage the global recruiting budget, headcount planning, and long-term resource allocation across all regions.
Translate high-level strategic objectives into measurable, cross-functional programs.
Team Enablement & Communications
Manage the cadence and content of internal communications, townhalls, and leadership offsites.
Act as a neutral arbiter and resolver of key operational disputes or gaps that arise between functional Recruiting teams or regional leads.
Builds a bridge between our Operations function and the Recruiting strategy
You are an established Strategic Operations professional ready to drive performance and efficiency across a complex global function. Your expertise translates complex data into executive recommendations and ensures operational excellence.
Deep Operational Experience: 8+ years in strategic assistance, PMO/Project Management, or HR Operations, ideally within a large, complex global organization.
Functional Contribution: Direct, proven experience managing or significantly contributing to a core operational or strategic function.
Executive Reporting: Expertise in building and managing KPI and dashboard reporting frameworks specifically designed for executive-level consumption.
Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
Global Influence: Proven ability to communicate persuasively and facilitate change across a geographically dispersed team and at the Executive level.
Program Management: Expert-level ability to run large, multi-quarter strategic programs and expertly balance multiple competing priorities.
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role; an MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential.
