Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione quotidiana del sistema di rilevazione presenze (badge, timbrature, software HR), verificando correttezza e completezza dei dati.
  • Monitoraggio e registrazione delle assenze (ferie, permessi, malattie, congedi), assicurando la corretta classificazione secondo le normative e i contratti applicati.
  • Controllo delle anomalie di timbratura e supporto ai dipendenti nella risoluzione di errori o mancate registrazioni.
  • Elaborazione e validazione dei dati presenze/assenze a supporto del processo di payroll.
  • Interfaccia con i dipendenti per tutte le questioni legate a presenze e payroll.
  • Aggiornamento e mantenimento dell’anagrafica del personale in relazione a orari, turni e tipologie contrattuali.
  • Produzione di report periodici per HR e management su presenze, assenteismo e straordinari.
  • Supporto alle attività di Comp & Ben - relativamente alle aree di competenza.
  • Garanzia del rispetto delle policy aziendali, della normativa del lavoro e della privacy nella gestione dei dati del personale.

Requisiti - Esperienza e competenze:

  • Maturazione di almeno 3 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente all’interno di aziende strutturate.
  • Conoscenza avanzata del software Zucchetti per la rilevazione delle presenze/assenze.
  • Conoscenza della normativa italiana in materia di payroll; costituisce titolo preferenziale la pregressa esperienza nell’applicazione del CCNL per l’Industria Chimica Farmaceutica.
  • Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di Excel.
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese.
  • Completano il profilo flessibilità, capacità di adattamento e la voglia di imparare e mettersi in gioco in un contesto multinazionale giovane e dinamico.
