Ensure the HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator is informed of any anomalies immediately
Ensure all staff ( full-time, casuals, consultant, secondment etc) ID cards are up to day in line with approved contract
Keeps an up-to-date list of staff database (Casual staff list, , staff Audit tracker, ID card tracker, Probationary tracker)
Maintain an updated staff database (WorkDay) enduring each employee’s accurate personal information
Update PCIS/HRIS with all details in the required fields – Pilot program WV PNG
Update staff information correctly relating to the changes of status in employment or any other amendments to employee personal files on workday
