【岗位职责】
1. 酒店资源开拓:调研境内热门入境游目的地的酒店资源,通过商务洽谈完成合作签约,丰富平台入境游酒店供给品类,覆盖不同层级入境游客需求
2. 合作运营优化:结合主要客源地游客偏好,为合作酒店制定适配的线上运营方案,联动平台营销团队,结合境外节假日、旅游旺季等节点,策划入境专属酒店促销活动,提升酒店曝光与转化
3. 市场与竞品监测:持续收集区域内行业动态、竞品平台的合作政策、营销活动等信息;分析市场变化对酒店及平台的影响,定期输出市场分析报告,为平台调整入境业务策略提供依据
4. 跨部门协同推进:配合平台运营、市场部等团队,推进酒店相关运营及营销项目落地,协助优化平台与酒店的对接流程;完成月度、季度及年度交易额等业绩指标。
【任职要求】
1. 学历背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先;部分优秀从业者可放宽至大专学历。
2. 工作经验:3 年以上 OTA 平台商务合作、酒店涉外业务或入境游相关工作经验;熟悉入境游市场特点,有境内酒店开拓、境外 OTA 渠道合作经验者优先;了解至少一个核心入境客源地的市场规则与游客偏好
3. 语言能力:英语听说读写流利,可作为工作语言对内外进行日常工作沟通及汇报
4. 核心能力:具备优秀的 B2B 商务谈判与对内外沟通能力,能高效对接境内酒店决策者与内部全球化团队;对入境游市场敏感,有较强的数据分析与策略制定能力;具备良好的抗压能力与执行力,能应对业务中的突发问题
5. 基础技能:熟练运用 Excel、Word、PPT 等办公软件,可独立制作合作方案与业务数据报告
