【岗位职责】
1. 酒店资源开拓：调研境内热门入境游目的地的酒店资源，通过商务洽谈完成合作签约，丰富平台入境游酒店供给品类，覆盖不同层级入境游客需求
2. 合作运营优化：结合主要客源地游客偏好，为合作酒店制定适配的线上运营方案，联动平台营销团队，结合境外节假日、旅游旺季等节点，策划入境专属酒店促销活动，提升酒店曝光与转化
3. 市场与竞品监测：持续收集区域内行业动态、竞品平台的合作政策、营销活动等信息；分析市场变化对酒店及平台的影响，定期输出市场分析报告，为平台调整入境业务策略提供依据
4. 跨部门协同推进：配合平台运营、市场部等团队，推进酒店相关运营及营销项目落地，协助优化平台与酒店的对接流程；完成月度、季度及年度交易额等业绩指标。
【任职要求】
1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先；部分优秀从业者可放宽至大专学历。
2. 工作经验：3 年以上 OTA 平台商务合作、酒店涉外业务或入境游相关工作经验；熟悉入境游市场特点，有境内酒店开拓、境外 OTA 渠道合作经验者优先；了解至少一个核心入境客源地的市场规则与游客偏好
3. 语言能力：英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言对内外进行日常工作沟通及汇报
4. 核心能力：具备优秀的 B2B 商务谈判与对内外沟通能力，能高效对接境内酒店决策者与内部全球化团队；对入境游市场敏感，有较强的数据分析与策略制定能力；具备良好的抗压能力与执行力，能应对业务中的突发问题
5. 基础技能：熟练运用 Excel、Word、PPT 等办公软件，可独立制作合作方案与业务数据报告
